PRODUCTS

What are your lead times?

Our standard production time is 5 weeks from the date of order confirmation. The lead time may vary for special orders, large quantities, or when using customer-supplied materials. If your project is urgent, please contact us to discuss your needs.

Can you customise?

We love unique designs and personalised solutions. Our team works with architects, interiors designers and customers to help develop and customise products to fit any particular requirements.

What are your standard finishes & materials?

Refer to our materials for all standard Material and Finishes.

Do you work with C.O.M/ C.O.L?

Yes, we are able to work with customer supplied fabric. Fabric must arrive at our factory with all shipping costs paid. Any additional costs attributed to the customer supplied fabric will be charged on our invoice.

Lexta is certified with Quality Management System ISO 9001:2015 which guarantee that our products adhered to a strict quality control process resulting in quality furniture that stands the test of time.

What’s your sustainability ethos?

We believe in sustainability, which means designing and producing furniture that can endure for as long as possible. Our commitment to this principle is reflected in our choice of E0 plywood, known for its low formaldehyde emissions. Additionally, we strive to incorporate renewable and recyclable materials, such as FSC certified solid timber, whenever feasible. Our ultimate aim is to create eco-friendly furniture that embodies sustainability.

GENERAL SALES

Where can I purchase your products?

You may purchase our products from your nearest dealer. If we do not have a dealer in your location, we can manage your order directly and organise shipment to you.

How to order?

All orders need to be received in written to email orders@lexta.co and must include: item number, finish/ fabric, quantity.

What are your payment terms?

A 50% deposit payment is required upon order confirmation with the balance paid prior dispatch or shipping. We only accept telegraphic/ wire transfer.
